Sarah Graham Mann brings more than a quarter
century of marketing experience to bear on client challenges.
Mann's extensive experience with the public sector, nonprofit
organizations, destination marketing organizations and the private
sector have solved problems and increased sales, memberships
and profits.
Mann is former managing director of Discover
New England, the regional six-state marketing organization.
More than $20 billion is spent on tourism in New England and
Mann has achieved measurable results through her public-private
partnership programs which significantly increased New England's
share of the lucrative international marketplace. Prior to joining
Discover New England, Mann served as Director of Tourism for
the Commonwealth of Massachusetts under Governor William Weld,
receiving national recognition for the state's marketing programs.
Recently, Mann joined the faculty of New
York University's Graduate School of Tourism and teaches courses
in destination marketing and management. She is a frequent speaker
at business and civic events and was a federal appointee to the
White House Conference. Mann has traveled the globe promoting
her native New England to hundreds of travel press and has completed
more than 3,000 travel agent training sessions.
Mann's prior experience included handling
public relations for Plimoth Plantation, a living history
museum of 17th century Plymouth and as senior vice president
and partner of Promotional Development Corp., where she
developed and managed promotions for clients including Colgate
Palmolive and Hebrew National. Her career has included
all aspects of conventional marketing.
Mann lives on Cape Cod, but she travels
extensively and her suitcase is always packed. |
